Altered Christmas Clipboard by Robyn Weatherspoon!

Here’s a super-fun project that will add loads of fun to your Christmas décor!
Here’s what you’ll need to complete this project:
Moxxie Santa Stops Here patterned papers
Moxxie Santa Stops Here cardstock stickers
Moxxie Chipboard Coordinates #1
Clipboard
Adhesive
Glue Dots
Mod Podge
Envelope template
Bone folder
Eyelet
Buttons
Ribbon/Ric rac
Scissors

Let’s Get Started!
Trace clipboard on patterned paper. Cut it out.
Since the clipboard is actually about an inch longer than the patterned paper, cut the patterned paper in half. Attach to clipboard leaving a space in the middle. Cut a strip of different patterned paper about 1 ½ inches wide. Layer in the middle of the clipboard so that it’s completely covered. Cut 2-narrow strips of patterned paper. Layer one on each side of the middle strip. Using an envelope template(I chose one that would make a tall, narrow envelope so I can put a pencil in it), trace and then cut it out on patterned paper. Using a bone folder, score the folding lines of the envelope. Put the envelope together with good adhesive to make sure it stays secure. Using the large Santa cardstock sticker, stick it on to patterned paper. Cut it out to make a large tag. Add an eyelet to the top of the tag.
Using a chipboard coordinates tag, cover one side with patterned paper. Add an eyelet to the center of the tag.
Add button, ribbon and tag to envelope. Add buttons and ric rac to the clipboard. Using Mod Podge, cover the entire clipboard and envelope. Allow to completely dry. Attach envelope to clipboard using glue dots to secure it. Attach the Santa tag to the top of the clipboard with ribbon. And that’s it! A lovely decorated clipboard that’s perfect for your Christmas wish list!!

Decorating the wooden frame and layout:
1. Cut using scissors 6 strips of Moxxie Santa Stops Here Cookies & Milk papers in the size of 2 inches by 12 inches.
2. Cut using scissors 2 strips of Moxxie Santa Stops Here Cookies & Milk papers in the size of 5 inches by 2 inches.
3. These strips will be for the overlapping on the sides of the wooden frame.
4. Next you will take each strip and using your 1 ½ inch paintbrush and Mod Podge you will paint onto the wooden frame and also each strip of paper to cover the entire front of the wooden frame.
5. Once you have done the entire front of the wooden frame allow drying for 10 minutes.
6. While you are waiting, you will paint the wooden Christmas tree using a sponge brush with green {Christmas Green} acrylic paint.
7. You will need to do 2 coats of paint for this wooden Christmas tree. Allow drying 5-10 minutes and then repainting using another coat.
8. While the wooden Christmas tree is drying we are going to begin working on the layout.

9. These first steps with the layout are important because we want the layout to be in the frame as we decorate the wooden frame as well as the layout itself.
10. Make sure when you do your photo placement that you leave room for the embellishments and decorations on the wooden frame as well so that they compliment each other and not distract from each other.
11. I printed a 5x7 for a larger photo and 4-stripped photos in the size of 2.1 x 2.8.
12. I used black and white photos to compliment the entire project and aid in the photos
standing out.
13. Place the photos in the middle center of the layout.
14. Then add the letter stickers to the right side downward and bottom of the 5x7 photo. {Christmas hat}
15. By now the wooden Christmas tree should be dry.
16. You can adhere the wooden Christmas tree by using scrapbooking sticky tape to the left side of the wooden frame.

17. Next take your Santa ornament and using scrapbooking sticky tape stick it onto of your wooden Christmas tree.

18. Before you close the backing of the right side of the wooden frame, string ribbons throughout the wooden frame wrapping them around it.
19. You will need 1 yard each of ribbons and ric rac.
20. After you have wrapped them around the wooden frame, then re-do the backing to ensure that it stays within the wooden frame.

21. Tie them in a knot to ensure that they stay.
22. Take one set of ribbon and make a bow out of it using 1 yard of ribbons {I used the ho, ho, ho ribbon}.
23. Using scrapbooking sticky tape place this bow in-between the other ribbons and ric rac.

24. Next take some black cardstock and cut using scissors into 3x5 Square that will back the Moxxie Santa Stops Here cardstock stickers {Trimming the tree}.
25. Place the sticker onto the cardstock. Stick this on the lower right side of the wooden frame using scrapbooking sticky tape.
26. Cut using scissors into ½ by 3-inch strips and place the Moxxie cardstock stickers {happy holidays and Santa’s little helper}.
27. Place these stickers onto the cardstock strips and then using scrapbooking sticky tape place onto the right lower side of the wooden frame.

28. Next take the small wooden embellishments using sticky tape on the tree in various places.

29. Place the photo corner stickers in the four corners of the frame.

30. Hang on your wall or place in a frame stand and display on your mantle!

Signs of Fall Mini Book by Leslie Ashe!

Supplies Needed:

Moxxie's Season of Change papers, cardstock stickers, and rub-ons
12x12 Cardstock in red, green, and orange
12x12 Scalloped cardstock
2 Crystals or gems
Chipboard letters or stickers
1 paper clip
1 metal clip
3 Buttons
Orange/Brown flowers or leaves
Adhesive

To begin lets start off with 2 sheets of 12x12 cardstock.
You're going to cut each piece of cardstock in half making 4 sheets of 6 x 12 pieces.
You will be using 3 of the 4 sheets. (You can use the 4th if you want a larger book).
I chose a green to make the Moxxie papers POP.
You can choose the color you want to use.

Next you are going to fold each piece of the 6 x 12 piece in half, making 2 squares (they will be perfect 6 x 6 size) Fold each one a different way, making an "accordian" look.

Take the 2 you folded alike and glue them to the sheet of 6 x 12 that you folded the opposite way, laying them on top of each other. Your pages will now be an accordian book.

To decorate the cover:-cut a piece of Moxxie's "Splash of Spice" to the size of 2 3/4 x 5 inches.
Cut a piece of Moxxie's '"Autumn Splendor" the same size.
Cut a piece of orange cardstock 3 x 6 inches.
Cut circles (or use shaped cardstock) for the bottom of the page to the size 1 3/4 inches x 1 3/4 inches.
First put down the orange cardstock 2 1/2 inches down from the top of your cover.
Next put down the "Autumn Splendor" 1 inch lower than the orange cardstock, placing it 1 inch from the left side of the cover.
Next lay down the "Splash of Spice" all the way to the right of your cover, just barely below (I eyeballed this one) the "Autumn Splendor".
Put your picture (whatever size you chose, whatever theme you chose) I cropped my picture to 3 x 3 1/2 inches.
Place the bracket sticker from Moxxie's "Season of Change" cardstock stickers just to the right of your photo.
Place a photo corner sticker from the "Season of Change" cardstock stickers on the left side of your photo.
Place the "hot chocoolate" sticker (also from the "Season of Change" cardstock stickers) towards the bottom of your photo, letting it touch the patterned paper and cardstock.
(For fun "bling", I added 2 swarovsky crystals on each side of the "hot chocolate" sticker)
Next, rub on "SIGNS OF" (you have to cut the rub ons out to get the words separated from the "Season of Change" rub ons on the top of your cover, adding leaves for a little dimension.
You can add dots by the letters if you choose.
Next you add letters "fall" going downwards beside your photo.
I used chipboard letters, you can use stickers if you choose.
Next you add a paper clip all the way to the left of your cover, on the orange cardstock.
Tie 3 different types of ribbon on the paper clip.
Finally, add a silver clip to the top right and add ribbon of your choice to the clip.
Page 1:
Cut a piece of Moxxie's "Autumn Splendor" to 3 x 5 inches.
Tear a piece of Moxxie's "Mocha" 2 inches by 2 1/2 inches.
Place the "Autumn Splendor" just barely below the top of page 1, so you can see a border of cardstock on the top and to the left.
Cut your photo in a circle 3 1/2 x 3 1/2 inches.
Place your photo to the left and middle of your page.
Place the journaling sticker from the "Season of Change" cardstock stickers under your picture you've cut into a circle.
Place the bracket sticker on your photo, to the left a little.
Place the ribbon slide sticker (also from the "Season of Change cardstock stickers) just under the journaling sticker, poking out a little (for dimension)
Rub a few of the acorn/leaf rubons to the bottom of your journaling sticker.
Add a row of 3 shiney buttons.
Page 2:
Cut a circle from Moxxie's "Foliage Frenzy" 4 inches x 4 inches and place it to the right of your page, barely below the top of your page so you can see a border at the top.
Cut your photo 3 1/2 x 4 inches and palce to the left of your page, making it go on top of your circle a bit.
Add scalloped cardstock under the photo for added dimension.
Place a photo corner sticker at the top right of your photo.Rub the words "goodbye summer" from the "season of change" on the left side of your photo going up (summer should be on the cardstock)
Rub the word "Fall" on your photo, to the right.
Place small letter stickers spelling "hello" right above fall.
Rub leaves just under the word Fall.
Page 3:
Cut a square from the "Splash of Spice" 4 1/2 inches by 4 1/2 inches and place it to the left of your page, just below the top.
Cut your photo 3 1/2 x 3 3/4 inches and place it to the right of your page.
Place red cardstock just barely under your photo.
Take the circle "Autumn Splendor" sticker and put on red cardstock, cutting around leaving a border of red.
Place the sticker to the bottom left of your page, overlapping your photo.
Under the sticker place ribbon (I used a scrap piece of denim) 5 inches long
Place orange and brown flowers (or leaves if you choose) just under the sticker, overlapping one another.
Put the sticker "changing colors" under the Autumn Splendor, on top of the flowers.
Place "scenic drive" right above ribbon.
Place "colors of autumn" sticker just under ribbon.
Place photo corner sticker to the left of your photo.
Page 4:
Cut a square from the back side of the "splash of spice" 4 1/2 inches x 4 inches and place it just under the top of your page, to the right.
Cut a piece of "Mocha" 4 1/2 inches x 5 1/2 inches and place it all the way to the right of your page, about an inch and a half from the top of your page.
Cut a strip of red cardstock 1 1/2 inches by 4 inches.
Place it under the "mocha" with it barely sticking out to the top and left.
Cut your photo 3 1/2 inches x 4 inches.
Back it with orange cardstock.
Cut a square of "autumn splendor" 4 1/2 x 4 1/2 inches and place it under your picture.
Tear a strip of green cardstock 1 inch by 5 1/2 inches.
Place it just under the bottom half of your photo.
